Yes I've been an addictive runner for the past 28 years. I recently learned a new form of running called "CHI Running".
Now I'm even more in love with running. I have a trail on my property that I run on every morning for 45 minutes to an hour.I run for spiritual reasons more then competive. However i participate in our community 5K turkey trot race which is held annually on Thanksgiving day...then I can eat all I want...LOL Nice meeting you 2!
