Bare feet with heels in the winter?

OK, it has been a really warm weekend, but right before this past weekend when it was still 32-degrees in Chicago I followed a girl into work who was wearing jeans and high-heel shoes with bare feet. What are the rules with heels and bare feet?  Especially in the really cold weather...?

@ErinB, was she wearing a high heel sandal or a pump? I think that pumps or a peep toe bootie with bare feet are okay... unless there is plenty of snow on the ground ;)

I think it is okay, I wouldn't do it due to me freezing to death. ONce my feet get cold I am done for!

If it's closed toed or as long as it's not a sandal I believe it's okay:)

I am with TheFrugalista!  When it starts getting nice out, it is hard to keep those cute shoes in the closet.

OK, with the bare feet thing...how does everyone keep their feet and shoes smelling "fresh"?

Shower to Shower powder. very thin it is easy to overdo. or FDS spray in the shoes, you can't see that and it won't clash with your fragrance of the day!
