I've been seeing everywhere that if you get the recommended amount of fiber 25-30 grams (I believe) you'll have a much better chance of losing weight and or being healthy. Go Fiber! Anyhow ..just thought I'd share this info..if you all know anymore about it please feel free to share!!

Fiber is crucial in weight loss and feeling healthy. I just heard that the average person gets half of the recommended daily amount of fiber (25-30 grams)!!! To increase your fiber intake, eat more fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains.

I actually drink Citrucell sugar free, it kinda taste like tang!

My husband and I are fiber freaks! It's so good for your body + mind. All our carbs are fiber-full like brown rice, whole wheat pasta + whole grain bread. My motto is ... if you can't see the seeds then keep moving. I also have been adding whole grains to my soups like barley, couscous, millet, and farro. And wheat germ is flavorless amps up any soups, smoothies, and breakfast foods like muffins, oatmeal + pancakes with an extra dose.
