I have been on a sweet potato kick for a few months . I just love  them, sprinkle salt and pepper on them or have a brown sugar fix on top! I have been wanting to try Sweet potato fries, but haven't yet. Anyone else love sweet potatoes?

I eat sweet potatoes! They are much better for you than white potatoes!

I like to bake them, grill them, or even make sweet potato french fries!

I have a great recipe for sweet potato chips!! It was featured on the 5 ingrediant fix on the Food Network (I used a regular pot to fry them in if you dont have a deep fryer). Ingredients Peanut or vegetable oil, for frying (peanut oil is best) 3 tablespoons kosher salt 2 tablespoons light brown sugar 1 tablespoon chili powder Pinch cayenne pepper, or as desired 2 sweet potatoes, washed, scrubbed, and dried Directions Special equipment: deep-fry thermometer, mandoline slicer Pour oil to a depth of 4 inches in a heavy-bottomed pot and heat over medium-high heat to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with paper towels. Mix the salt, sugar, chili powder and cayenne in a small bowl and set aside. Very thinly slice the sweet potatoes on a mandoline slicer and carefully drop into the hot oil in batches, being careful to not overcrowd the pan. Deep-fry until golden around edges, 45 seconds to 1 minute, and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the chips with seasoning while they are still hot and let cool to crisp. Remove the chips from the baking sheet to a serving bowl and eat immediately while still crunchy!

Does anyone have an easy way to chop sweet potatoes? I was making sweet potato fries the other day and was having a really difficult time slicing the sweet potato because it was so hard. My hand was actually sore the next day!

I love sweet potatoes. I make mine hash-style with cubed pieces of baked sweet poato, shredded chicken or chopped bacon + a fried egg on top! It's healthy and delicious.

I love them. I just nuke them in the microwave and put a little butter on top.

Mmmm I love sweet potatoes too. I like to bake them in a low oven with a little butter and a tiny bit of brown sugar until they caramelize.  And sometimes just in the micro like Natalie mentioned.  Have you tried the sweet potato chips from Trader Joe's?  Those are super yummy too.

I was trying to remember who makes frozen sweet potato fries. I searched and found that Archer Farms (Target) and Alexia both make the fries. I like to bake them in the oven with a little Pam sprayed on the sheet.
