Kmart and Overstock have some insane deals. Amazon is a bit more expensive but they literally have everything but the kitchen sink (maybe they have that too.) I also recently discovered AMI Clubwear; it is very youthful as @frugalista would say and I wouldn't wear everything from there, but the more simple, plain things like solid colored dresses are really cute and around $20.
